ASILS7 will be focused on, but not necessarily limited to, the following topics:

  • High intensity laser technology
  • Intense laser matter interaction
  • Ultrafast dynamics of matter
  • Femto-chemistry and femto-biology
  • Laser-driven particle acceleration
  • Nonlinear optics and parametric processes
  • Harmonic generation and atto-science
  • X-ray laser and short wavelength sources
  • Pulse propagation, self-compression, and filamentation
  • Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy
  • Photonics, optics and spectroscopy

Call for Abstract Submission

Please submit an abstract written in English to the ASILS7 Staff Team by email before 17:00 JST, Friday, September 14, 2012 [extended].

You may submit an oral presentation or a poster presentation, or indicate that your submission can be considered for either.

Your abstract must be contained on one page of A4 paper, and follow the instructions given in the template file. A book of abstracts will be distributed at the conference.

Scientific Program

After the participants arrive and attend the welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday, November 7, 2012, they will attend conference sessions for two full days through November 8-9. The time allocated for all oral presentations will be as follows:

Presentation: 30 minutes
Discussion: 10 minutes
