Poster Session
A poster session will be held on the evening of Thursday, May 17, at the foyer of “Takezono” hall,
2nd Floor, Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa. We accept poster paper submissions until March 16, 2012.
(i) Abstract
Abstracts must be submitted as one-page, MS Word files. No specified style is required.
(ii) Deadline
Submission deadline: Friday, March 16, 2012
Please send your abstracts by e-mail with (a) your name in full, (b) your organization, and (c) your e-mail address to Ms. Mihoshi Abe, Secretary (mihoshiabe@chem.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) no later than March 16.
*PLEASE make sure that your files are submitted as Word files, as the papers will be edited for layout at the time of printing.
(iii) Poster board size: W 900 cm x H 1800 cm (9.0 m x 18.0 m)
Regsitration and accommodation:
Attendance at the symposium is free of charge. Please come to the registration desk at the session place above to sign in. Those who would like to book a room at the Hilton Odawara, please send your request by e-mail to the Secretary, with your name, organization, contact address (e-mail/phone), and your arrival and departure dates.
